Markus accompanies you from the moment it becomes concrete. He organises viewings, clarifies the seller's wishes, draws up sales orders and guides you through the entire purchase process - from the purchase option agreement to the notary appointment. He is also your reliable contact for issues such as N.I.E. numbers, opening a bank account or dealing with the authorities. And if you have any questions or requests in between: Markus is already on his way.
Alexandra - The quiet force in the background
Alexandra is the interface between desire and reality. She takes care of the careful pre-selection of suitable properties, researches at the land registry and land registry office, coordinates appointments and ensures that everything runs smoothly administratively. Her strength lies in organisation - and a feel for which property really suits you.
David - The technology expert with an overview
